Terms of Purchase and product warranty
By placing an order online with D’adrian Hair & Beauty you are offering to purchase a product and subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.Â
When placing an order you undertake that you are 18 or over, all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

have a one year warranty.
Our one year warranty starts from the date of your purchase so please keep a copy the original proof of purchase.

There are some actions which do not cover the warranty such as:
Water damage or improper usageÂ
 Items that have been tampered with via yourself or third party characters.
Purchase’s from any third party distributers.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed, however exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your products purchased we will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned in its original UNUSED condition within 72 hours after the recorded receipt of the item. Please note we do not offer refunds on custom wigs as all custom wigs are made pacifically for each customer using their given head measurements. Return cost are paid by customer.

I strongly suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost packages. We must receive the merchandise in its original unsealed form before an exchange can be made. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
ELECTRICAL item purchase’s on www.dadrianhairandbeauty.com are covered by our 14 day return policy. Return your item within 14 days unused in its original packaging to receive a full refund.

We try to ensure that all prices quoted are accurate. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate and all prices advertised are subject to such changes.
