For COLOUR services, hair, or wig-related requests, we kindly request you to provide them TWO WEEKS in advance.
Please take note that FAILURE to adhere to these timelines will incur a £15 late fee or may result in appointment cancellation.
If you’re dropping or posting your hair to the salon, we will take your head measurements. Alternatively, you can follow the diagram provided below to take them yourself:

Our comprehensive wig services include bleach knots, plucking, basic wig braids for underneath your wig, and styling, either straight or our signature curls, along with layered cuts or bobs. These services are included as standard, while any additional styles will incur an extra fee.
For hair recommendations, We trust and recommend “Amberhair” at 07482 190888 as our most reliable supplier for hair recommendations. However, you are welcome to use your own preferred supplier if you wish.
We highly recommend using HD lace for a more seamless finish, followed by thin transparent lace as a second option. If you desire a deep part and more styling flexibility, the 13×6 lace is the best choice, allowing for half-up hairstyles and deep sleek styles.
For a bob look, we suggest using a 13×6 lace with a 14-inch length and two “12” bundles. If you prefer a longer look, opt for a 13×6 lace and three bundles, all in your desired lengths. For lengths ranging from 28 to 30 inches and above, we recommend purchasing four bundles of the same length to achieve a fuller look.
Timely attendance for your appointment is essential. * A £15 late fee will be incurred if you are 15 minutes late. If you are 30 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled.
* Unless specific circumstances prevent you from doing so, we kindly request that you attend your appointment alone. If such circumstances arise, please contact the salon in advance.
